Dennis was born on August 20, 1967 and passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019. Dennis was a resident of Hammon, Oklahoma at the time of passing. Dennis graduated from Elk City High School, Class of 1985. Interment will be at Red Hill Cemetery in Hammon, Oklahoma. Memorials can be made to the Dennis Dugger Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 707, Elk City, Oklahoma 73648.

I met Dennis while attending El Reno Jr College in 1985 /86 we played baseball together and then became roommates we had such a blast on the field and off the field.When we graduated we still kept in touch even though I live in Connecticut I received the news Sunday and it broke my heart Dennis was always a caring man he we be gratefully missed by all God bless your family
