Becker Funeral Home, Inc. - Clermont Obituary

Dennis Carl Dziorney, 63, of Mascotte, Florida peacefully passed away the morning of May 5, 2019, in the loving arms of his wife of forty years, Sharon Smith Dziorney, after a short battle with terminal liver cancer.

Dennis Carl Dziorney, the son of Stanley and Bobbie Lee Dziorney, was born in Topeka, Kansas September 21, 1955. His early childhood was spent traveling the United States and abroad while his father served in the United States Air Force. He and his sister Donna Dziorney Joshnson, spent several years with their mother in New Mexico before permanently relocating to Florida in 1970. In 1971, Dennis was present for the grand opening of the Magic Kingdom where he walked around main street selling balloons to some of the very first guests. Dennis joined the United States Army in 1973 and often reminisced about his time serving in Germany. Upon his return to Florida, he met his soulmate, Sharon Smith Dziorney. The two were married in 1979 and together raised three beautiful children in the Florida Sunshine. In 1980, prior to the opening of EPCOT, Dennis returned to Walt Disney World as a staffed craftsman where he proudly remained a part of the Disney Family for 39 years. He was also a member of the local Bricklayers Union where he proudly assisted fellow craftsmen as a Union Steward. Dennis was a lifelong devoted fan of the Miami Dolphins; enjoyed spending time with his family on Florida's beaches; taking pictures of unforgettable sunsets; cruising to tropical ports; and summer outdoor concerts, never missing a Dave Matthews Band show. He enjoyed taking his young family on camping trips to the various Florida forests as well as some road trips to the mountains for a change of scenery. However, more recently, he enjoyed bonfires in his own backyard with his beautiful wife and his adult children. In short, his family was the center of the universe and he was the center of theirs.

Dennis is survived by his wife and soulmate, Sharon Smith Dziorney (62) of Mascotte Florida; his strong willed and passionate daughter Jenny Elise Dziorney (37) of Lake Worth, Florida; his artistic and imaginative daughter Jessie Lee Dziorney (35) of Orlando, Florida; and quick witted yet sensitive son Jacob Carl Dziorney (33) of Clermont, Florida. He is also survived by his devoted and loving sister Donna Dziorney Johnson (65) of Gotha, Florida.

Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to the Dziorney family at their time of grief. Dennis was a good man and overall great person who will be greatly missed by all. Dennis and Sharon was always there for friends and family with warm smiles, open arms and an abundance of love to share. I will always cherish the great memories and the opportunity to have known such a great man as Dennis.

Dennis was such an incredibly fun, strong, loving, devoted man. His strengths and talents were second only to his love for his family. Dennis is loved and missed.. yesterday, today and tomorrow and he will live on through the legacy of his wife Sharon, and their beautiful children. xooxooxoxox

A kind and generous man. Prayers for the rest of his eternal soul.

I remember coming to Florida with my grandma Agnes Stanleys sister and going to Disney and seeing Dennis and sister there and staying with his mom Im and dad when we were there in Florida RIP

Dennis was a rock not only in his family but in our family. His devotion and love was beyond reproach! He will be missed and will always be remembered with a happy heart and a smile. We love you, Carol and David

To Sharon and family, Even though I never met Dennis I definitely knew he was the apple of Sharon's eye, just hearing her talk on the phone and to Dennis and about him, ALL could see the teen-age love that still reigned between Sharon and Dennis. May God grant you peace beyond all understanding.
