Not sure what to say?

I don't know if anyone has visited this page in a long time, but to whoever may be reading this I just came to give a shred of my love to this man and his family. I was in the Richland Junior High choir during Mr. Gaede's time of employment until his passing. He was such a kind man and now as an adult I can imagine what it must have been like to clock in to play the piano for a bunch of prepubescent children still learning to train their voices when their voices were also still changing....

Dearest, Helen, Randy and Rhonda,
Your husband and Father was a kind person and always said hello to me at community events. I was looking forward to hearing his music this past Christmas. I at the time wasn't well. He is playing his music in Heaven and sitting at the feet his Lord and Savior,Jesus Christ. I will light a candle for him and all of his family at church at Christ The King church in Bakersfield,California. He wanted to know if I was going sing or teach. Bless all of you. ...

Dear Helen, Rhonda and Randy
My deepest sympathy to you. Dennis will truly be missed. God gave him such a wonderful musical talent. I can still remember the first time I heard him play the piano at Tabor College, I was so impressed.
Helen, I am sure Dennis and David are visiting and celebrating their new home. God bless you and give you His peace. I feel your loss, my prayers are with you.

Helen and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Dennis was a very familar face around the Richland School District and the Shafter High School where I work. Before Richland's District Office moved, Dennis would come in and visit if the choir room was locked when he came to accompany the choir. He always waved or nodded his head at me when attending the football and basketball games at Shafter High School. When time allowed at SMBC, Dennis was always kind enough to ask about my adult...

My deepest sympathy to the family, Dennis will certainly be missed in the the many ways he contributed to the community not only in Shafter but in Bakersfield as well. I saw him last at the Kern County Museum on Valentine's Day when he played organ for one of the wedding taking place there. His talents will be missed.

For most of my life I have known Dennis, and this is sad news. I remember a night some 35 years ago when he came out to the tomato field where I was driving the harvester, and as I drove down the rows, we talked. And some years after that, he and Marilyn came to our wedding half-way across the country, in Topeka, KS. Dennis and my dad spent years of Friday mornings together at an early Bible study group with other men from the community, and sometimes I sat in when I was in town. He was a...

Dear Helen, Rhonda, and Randy,
I am so sorry of hear of your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. I loved listening to him play the organ and I know he really enjoyed it also. He will be missed.

Dear Helen and Family,
Thank you for the wonderful way you presented Dennis' life and love of our Lord Jesus Christ this afternoon. We recall that "It Is Well With My Soul" was one of his favorite hymns, because we heard it numerous times :>) Having the Smith Brothers playing piano and organ was so enjoyable. Thanks for arranging them! Pastor Pat's tribute and message was very touching.
Allen would come home from coffee every once in a while and relate some anecdote that...

Our prayers and thoughts goes out to the family and friends of Mr. Gaede. He will be dearly missed not only by family and friends but also by the children he had touched as being the pianoist for the choirs in our local schools. It will never be the same....
God bless you Mr. Gaede....
