Dennis passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018. Dennis was a resident of Independence, Kentucky at the time of passing. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 11, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with his funeral services immediately following at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Interment, with military honors, will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North. Memorials may be made to Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North at 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY 41097.
My brother and I were sorry to hear of Dennis' passing. My grandpa, Lee Frakes, held Dennis in high regard. We were sorry to have missed the service as we were in Florida.
