Denny and my brother John Sever (passed away in 2016) were classmates and friends. My family lived on 3rd St. in Watseka also. Deepest sympathy to Denny's family.

Denny and I were Watseka, Il high school football teammates and later roommates at Southern Illinois University. Two years older then I he became my mentor and friend. I owe many thanks to Denny for his leadership over the years.
