My condolences to the family and dear friends of Denny. I met Denny 2 years ago when I began parking in the lot he managed in Ann Arbor and I found him to be an extremely kind and gentle person. It is unfortunate there aren't more of his kind and it saddens me to know he will no longer be among us. I will miss him and our conversations and I will carry the memory of him as a special person I had the pleasure of meeting.

I will miss Denny very much. He was always good to me as his friend and one of his tenants. Denny had been involved with Muscular Dystrophy Association, and this was special to me, as I lost a son to this disease. Denny will remain a part of me. He was simply the best.
