I recently met Dennis through the award of a contract for a project at JPI. He was the nicest man that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On behalf of myself, and the Buchanan Family of Companies, I send our condolences to his family.

Kathy -- I was so sorry to read about Dennis' death in today's newspaper. Being married 48 years is very special (but the loss is heart-wrenching). You and I had crossed paths when I got a home loan thru American Residential (I believe) and then when I discovered you were Maureen Mowry's sister.
