Not sure what to say?

The passing of Denny has saddened me to my core. He has been my lifelong friend, truly from birth (although neither of us remember that) to now. He was my walking partner to kindergarten, I was his assistant when building tinker toy airplanes (he was the boss of how they were to be constructed), we walked side by side leading our high school class in the graduation procession (Denny was the president of the class, I the secretary) and he took me and my now husband, Mike, to the airport on...

I remember Denny (great first name) from high school, cool/easy going guy! My prayers to his family!

Denny was a great friend. My wife Karen and I owe him. It was our junior year, he and I were talking about the Basketball dance. I told him I was thinking about asking Karen Werner. About that time she comes walking down the hall, so he makes up my mind for me and shoves me out in front of her. It's been 62 years. Denny and I had some great times hunting and shooting his pistols. And I'll always remember when he took me flying at night over the city. Good memories.

I am truly heartbroken. I admired this man all my life. He was a great friend and a superb human being. The world lost a great soul.

I´m so sorry to hear about Denny passing. I have many fond memories of Denny. He was driving his Dads 57 Plymouth with shark fins in the Northland Shopping Ctr parking lot, crashing through 6 ft high piles of snow. I was riding shotgun. No seatbelt. I bounced off the windshield. He had a nickname for the car but I can´t remember it. Something like "the blue beast." Or maybe "the shark." The piles of snow were demolished but the shark suffered no dents. Summer nights he and I and others...

Spent much time with Denny at airport hangers sitting in the cockpit while the planes were being cleaned. Can you imagine doing that in this time of Airport security. My condolences to all.

This was a sad day with the loss of my friend and business associate. Rest in Peace Denny and know that God will look down and comfort your family during this time. You will continue your flight path.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of my old friend, Denny Kelly. When we were fist hired at Braniff International, Denny and I shared an apartment at International Village in Dallas. Denny was one of the funniest men I have ever known. The gears in his head were always turning. When Denny joined the Ft.Worth Sheriffs Auxilarary I was amused but not surprised. I was not surprised however to learn that he became a very sucessful member of law enforment as he was dedicated to whatever he set...

Denny we will miss you greatly. The memories or legend of Popo will be remembered and retold by the grandkids.
