To the family of Dennis LaBuda:

I was privileged to work with Dennis several years ago when I was marketing the book "Home Sweet Home" that he co-wrote with Vicki Schmall for Thrivent Financial Services. Dennis was always so helpful to me, but more, I saw in him a concern for the aging population that turned into a cause that he never stopped promoting. He truly believed that the aging could "age in place" and continue to feel comfortable and be self-reliant in their own...

Evelin, Sharon & Helen,
Dennis and I were friends starting in grade school, through high school and college, and then in the Air Force in Okinawa where we were stationed 36 years ago. He was a very thoughtful, compassionate and talented man. Now he's updating Gma Fern in heaven while thanking God for the blessing you three were to him, too. Dennis and I last saw each other in 2005, but I've thought of him often. You are in my prayers for comfort in your loss.

Dear Evelyn, Sharon, and Helen,
I was shocked when I read of Dennis's passing. I have so many good memories of the times I spent with your family. I first met Dennis at MYF district meetings, attended Northern with Sharon and him, and then spent a lot of time at the farm with all of you.
