Not sure what to say?

Dear David-

Peter & I wanted to express our deepest sympathies for your recent loss. Dennis will be greatly missed. He will always be in our hearts and thoughts. We are here for you.

David...........
When I left my earlier message I failed to mention who I am. When you and Dennis first met I was living a couple of streets over from Dennis on Indiana Street in the Grove. Even though that has been a while ago you might remember having dinner at my home. My Mother was extremely fond of both Dennis and you. At that time you were working at the Sudio. I do hope that I hear from you. One thing that I remember so well was a gift of four wine glasses that you gave...

Dear David, I was so shocked and saddened by the death of Dennis. He had a warmth and charm about him that will last with me forever. I am planning on attending on Sunday and will see you there. Sincerely,Carolyn O'Connell

David.........
Please e-mail me your telephone number. I want to talk with you. I am so sorry to learn about Dennis. I very foolishly allowed myself to lose contact with him after I left Miami. I regret that very much. Dennis was a dear friend of many years.
I look forward to hearing from you....Caldwell Russell

I worked very closely with Dennis at the Vaughn Parade site every New Years Eve for over 20 years. He was a super person and very very creative artist. He always had a sense of humor. I always had high respect for him. It is sad that Dennis has passed away but I still have video of many parades. When Dennis retired, the parade slipped every year until it died last year. Dennis rest in peace and thank you for a wonderful show... Thank you for being a great friend.

With Deepest Sympathy

Dennis was a kind, loving and caring friend and collegue who will be missed but not forgotten. His humorous spirit, generosity for those less fortunate and artistic flair will be a lasting inspiration for those who were fortunate enough to have called him friend.

Pat and I will forever miss Dennis' cheerful smile and behind-the-scenes gossip at the art shows. He was always ready to help, to offer advice and encouragement. Since we are doing the Beaux Arts show, we will have to miss the memorial service, but our hearts and thoughts will be there for him.
