I was very saddened to hear my “favorite uncle” had passed away. Uncle Dennis as I always called him was a kind, gentle and honorable man. He was always offering to help anyone. When he came over to visit us with my aunt Dawnelle, and his family, after a cup of coffee or glass of tea in the summer he would jump up and fix at least 3 to 6 things a day! He would paint, repair or just adjust anything that needed it. He would always help even us little ones, and once saved me in a hot shower...
