I was very sorry to hear that Skip is gone. I can't even imagine how devastating this is for all of you. My thoughts have been and still are with you.

I just want you to know that I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. God is so very faithful What a wonderful comfort to know that your dear one is with Jesus, walking on streets of gold. There will be hard days ahead and I will continue to pray that the Holy Spirit will give you Peace, the kind of deep peace that only he can give.

Skip Jr. and Family - Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during your time of need. I am sorry that I can't be with you during this time. Skip Jr. and Family,

I fondly remember all those summers at the cabin. Water skiing, warm weather, hanging out by the fire and most assuredly, the smell of great food in the air. Often, I would find myself talking to your Dad beside the grill. We shared many good times talking about those darn Vikings, the pesky Twins and of course, the ever elusive walleye’s hiding spot(s).

I loved grandpa all my life and I miss him. He was the best grandpa. My favorite memory of him is when when went fishing and he would always catch at least one fish. We always had fun with him and we always talked to each other. He was a good cook and my favorite was when he made spaghetti.I love you grandpa and I always will. we will always love you. me and you are like flowers growing in a garden. i will see you in heaven.
