Dennis was born on August 17, 1954 and passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018. Dennis was a resident of Iowa at the time of passing. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Sinnott Funeral Home in Ottumwa, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm with family present. Memorials may be directed to Walton B. Schaffer Post #3 Veterans of Foreign Wars or O.B. Nelson Post #775 American Legion, both of Ottumwa.
