Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you on the anniversary of your transition & sending peace & love to those whose lives you have touched and have loving memories of your presence in their lives. <3

I had the privilege that most people don't get in a lifetime to meet such a truly great person along with his wife, daughters, son and there families. I can say from a student at Dieruff, my many years as lifeguard, instructor & coach at JCC that it has been some of my fondest memories. He has been like a second father to me and was always there to support when in need,

The good lord has a time and place for us all and that is not our choice, but there are reasons and we just don't...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Thank you for teaching me to swim.you were a great friend ty.

Dear Family,
Our son Andrew swam 2 years at Dieruff (2006-2007) and 2 years at William Allen (2008-2009, but he learned of the legacy of your dad and I believe he met him. The swim community of the Lehigh Valley will remember him and all his contributions.

Sincerely,

Debbie & Jeff & Andrew Krauss

I am very sorry that I was unable to attend the services for Dennis McGinley last week. He was my swimming coach at Dieruff High School and he had a profound affect on my life, Only a family reunion, celebrating Christmas in January with our grandchildren in Washington D.C. kept me away.

I first met Mr. McGinley as a very young child. He was trying to teach my disabled brother Jack how to swim. I still remember they were in the pool at the Jewish Community Center on Fourth Street...

What a legacy!

Especially thinking of you all - today & all this past week as you mourn the loss of your wonderful Dad! "Coach McGinley" left an indelible mark on the lives and hearts of SO many. What a legacy!! It now continues

- Like a pebble that leaves many concentric rings of love, strength, determination & so much more, changes the lives of others, whose lives change others... in the waters of time.
With Sympathy.. Wendy Crown

What an awesome inspiring man! Swimming is fun! I carry his life message to all the children every day at Swim-in Zone. My sympathy to his family. The sport of swimming in the Lehigh Valley has lost a great icon.
