We've come to know Dennis and Oksana through his sister, Tina. And from these times we saw that Dennis and Oksana were truly happy together. Words can not express the pain and sorrow I feel over the lose of a my friend Dennis. I will always remember the fond memories of him just showing up at the kitchen door when patroling the inlet. He looked out for everyone, a true angel.

I have known Dennis for 20 years, and although I didnt see him often he was simply a great person. I never really had the time to tell him that I really was very proud of his drive to graduate college, and become a police officer.
