We'll never forget China Camp.

Dear Jeanie and Jessika - Deanna and I are still in shock over the news of Dennis' heart attack. We want to express our sympathy to you and your family. I first met Dennis through 'Aunty' Rosie in 1966, when I was an unattached navy officer (she used to feed us and give us a family). We kind of lost touch with the Mings after we left San Diego, except at Christmas, when we exchanged letters. Thanks for continuing to think about us, but please no more letters like the last one. Dear Jeanie and Jessica
My sincere condolences on the passing of Dennis. He was an inspiration to all of us who knew him at SASS.
My first meeting with Dennis was 10 years ago when I was new to SASS.
I went to shoot speed rifle as a side match. My new rifle was ready and after shooting 2 or 3 rounds I saw that Dennis was already finished well ahead of me. I calmy completed my turn and my buddy Chester said "Well, that was China Camp"!!!

My sincere condolences. I fondly recall Dennis from our three years at Crawford High School ROTC, with MSgt Kaltenback. I'm truly sorry to hear of his passing.

To the Ming Family:
It was my good fortune to be a classmate and know Dennis at Crawford. I enjoyed his sense of wit and infectious smile. Thank you for sharing his numerous accomplishments via the videos and photos. Godspeed!

Jeanie - My sincerest condolences to you and your daughter. I was very sad to hear that Dennis had passed away.

I met Dennis at the age of nine, when we were in fourth grade. We had classes together through high school. We also lived on the same street, during those years.

More than anything else that I remember about Dennis...is that he had the gift of a deep sense of personal integrity, even at a very young age.

I am glad that Dennis was blessed with a loving wife...

My sincerest condolences, I was saddened to hear Dennis's passing. Dennis was a exceptional pharmacist who mentored and guided so many, many pharmacists including myself in our careers. He was always great to work with, fair, enthusiatic and with that great laugh of his. He touched the lives of so many people and made us better people.

I have just heard about Dennis' death.
He was a livelong friend and a surrogate son for my father.
He will be missed; and I am sorry I was not able to attend his memorial.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dennis while we were with the Board of Pharmacy. I will always remember his kindness, professionalism, and sense of humor. I am truly sorry to hear of his passing and your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
