Dennis Morgan passed away in Erie, Pennsylvania. The obituary was featured in Erie Times-News on January 21, 2005.

I was so saddened to hear of the sudden loss of Dennis. He was just one of those guys that you couldn't help but like. He was very knowledgeable about so many things, yet he took the time to listen. We were always swapping information on cars, and the latest ways to keep our vehicles looking good. Whenever either of us got a new vehicle, we just had to stop by the other's house to show it off.

Dennis was quite probably the nicest, most decent man, that I had ever known.
His departure will leave a void for myself and many others that is impossible to fill.

My wife Joanne and I send our deepest sympathy to Dennis's wife Elizabeth,children Garret and Emily, and to his mother Lois, Uncle Merle and Aunt Phoebe. We were shocked and saddened to hear of his death. Dennis and I were neighborhood buddies growing up around Peach and 22nd street, along with Bob and GeeBee. I worked for and with dennis for 30 years at swanson erie.When i first started at swanson he was my forman and i have always said he was the best boss i have ever had.we too had a love for cars and he had quite a few awesome machines namely the silver corvette.
