DENNIS "DENNY" PARKER

1937 - 2014

Dennis Devon Parker (Denny), 76, of Peculiar, Missouri, passed away on February 17, 2014, at Sunrise Assisted Living, in Leawood, KS, from complications related to Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. Dennis was born on July 10, 1937, in Elmira, Michigan, to Joseph and Ruth Parker. He was the oldest of three brothers. Dennis is survived by his wife, Joy; his children; Christy and Richard Bean, Stacey Parker, Robyn Parker; Kevin and Trisha Parker, and Jason and Tricia Parker; his granddaughter, Jessica Parker; his grandsons; Denys, Aidan, Chase, Graham, Maxwell and Nicholas Parker; and his brothers, Gary Parker, and John Parker, along with their families. Dennis is predeceased by his mother, Ruth; his father, Joseph; and his nephew, Corey Mason. Dennis' life will be celebrated on March 8, 2014. Visitation will be held between 10:00-11:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, Kansas City, Missouri.
