Carl Kenny, Diane, Joanne and the rest of the Probst family, so sorry to hear about the loss of Dennis. A long time member of the Belle Nance clan, Dennis always had a smile. I remember him having the uncanny ability to steal the basketball in our pick-up games. I hated dribbling anywhere near him. One funny story.... It was a honor to work with Dennis while at the USACE Delaware Dam. I learned a lot from him. He took alot of pride in his work and knowledge of dam control and keeping the public safe.
He shared a lot of stories about his officiating and the family who he loved. Dennis will be missed.
