Read MoreI met Dennis in Dublin in 1972. We had the most wonderful conversations about literature, arts, poetry and history. We exchanged letters and books but when he next came to Dublin in 1975/76 I had moved to London.He shared his poetry about his time in the Korean conflict. Sadly these were thrown away by a relative. I would love to read his poetry again. Rest easy Dennis.

I met Dennis at Vesuvio's in North Beach in 1987. We were partners and companions until his passing. We traveled many places I'd never have gone by myself. He was a kind, loving and creative. I miss him every day.
