Not sure what to say?

Tom Faulkner got to know Dennis when he served at Blessed Sacrament parish in Rapid. When Dennis came to St. Thomas Seminary in Denver, we had many happy years of friendship and fun. Tom & I attended his ordination and knew his vocation came from his deep faith and love of God. He loved his people in Bonesteel, Faith and Lemmon and served them with tenderness and fidelity. After his return to Rapid, we invited him many times to visit us, but we never did get to see each other again.. After...

The the Family,
Just wanted you all to know that Dennis's last canine companion, Gibby, is doing well since she returned to my home. I know that she still misses Dennis since she sometimes stands at the gate and whines. Otherwise, she is happy here.
Dennis was a kind, gentle man. I only wish that I had had the time to get to know him better.
My sympathy to all of you.

To the Families of Father Dennis:

Our thoughts go out to each and everyone of you. Father Dennis will always be remembered as "Father Dennis".
He made such and impact on my children at the ages of 8,9 and 11. They loved him and were deeply affected when he left us. He was a very loving person and when you would meet him on any given day, he would lift your spirits. He truely had a gift to minister to all. We will keep all of you in our prayers during this trying time. ...

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I was saddened to hear of Dennis' passing. He was always so upbeat and enthusiastic. We spent only little bits of time together, but always came away with great memories. He will be missed.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Fr. Dennis was a very good friend to all here in Bonesteel not just parish members. We were blessed to have such a wonderful priest like Fr. Dennis and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. God Bless you Dennis.

Dear Dee and Steve, I am so sorry to hear you have lost your brother. I wish I had known him and shared his experiences serving God's people. May God keep and comfort you and your family during this difficult time. Love, Mary Carter

Dear Steve & Dee, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. He must have been an amazing man, and the world will not be the same without him. Please know that I am thinking of you and giving hope that your heart will heal, but never forget. Love, Claire & Jack
