Not sure what to say?

2025 in Korea, I still remember his voice asking how I was doing and my family and reminded me that I was loved when even my parents couldn´t do that. He never missed sending me my birthday and Christmas card ever since I met him in summer of 1993 and got extended to my kids until he passed away. Thank God that I was able to bring my daughter to meet him in 2017. He even celebrated my birthday with a delicious cake in 2017 at his apartment with my daughter and sister. If I didn´t encounter...

A gentle soul and an outstanding heart devoted always to his loving and kind wife Nancy, children and friends . Dennis.... my dear friend , I remember how great it was , when you cheered us on when you and your son attended the Hunter College BB games . Life has been crazy but you have always popped into mine and Ashley’s mind frequently. We are so saddened to find this out and after so long. May God forever Bless you all and help you thru these difficult times.
And May you my friend...

What an amazing and kind hearted soul. I met Dennis when I served while I attended Hunter College. I was late for work one day and couldn’t get a cab as no cab would stop for me. Dennis who was on his way downtown invited me to share the ride. I hopped off when it was my stop and he continued. We keep in touch as he always wanted to know how I was doing. I went on to grad school and to complete my doctoral studies and we still kept in touch. Every birthday, Easter and Christmas I received a...

I first met Dennis at Christie's where he greeted me like an old friend from the Front Counter when the firm was on 59th and Park. I got a job at Christie's probably thanks to him, and seeing him there was always a delight. I had just moved to NYC and had no friends but Dennis would invite me to dinner every two weeks with his wonderful family. Dennis was generous, kind and a true gentleman. I'm glad I brought my daughter now 19 to meet him a few years back, so she will know how special he...

I am Nicole Schmidt from Spain. I met Dennis and Nancy in NY when I was doing an apprenticeship in the 80. Since then he always used to write cards for my family's birthday. I am sad to find out he passed away. I have very fond memories of him and of Nancy. My condolences to his family from Spain.

He crossed my mind and then I found out that he passed away. Dennis was a true friend I met when I worked at Christie's. I will miss the annual celebratory cards he sent me and my family. Rest is peace my friend.

Sending our love to Nancy and the family. My family and I are sad to learn about Dennis passing. I met him through his niece; she and I were college roommates. Dennis cards and calls were a yearly treat for us. What a gent he was! We miss him!
