Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I had him for my teacher Class of 1979.

One of my favorite memories of Mr.Turnquist was when I showed up to his 1st period class and I was wearing fuzzy slippers because I was a strange teenager and he looked at me and said, "not a bad idea."
That just gave me such a laugh and made me so happy.
He always made me feel seen and important, he definitely made my school life better.
I enjoyed his lessons on world economics because I felt like I mattered.
I wish I could've seen him one more time before dementia and...

I just learned of Mr.Turnquist's passing.
He was my econ teacher at Logan. I really enjoyed his class as he made learning fun and relatable. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Linda, Jan, and Julie. We want to say how sorry we are for your loss. Dennis was a gentle guy and he will be missed. I'm so thankful that we were able to spend some time with him at the last Murdock All School Reunion in Murdock a while back. Linda, you and Dennis were a part of Dave's and my early married years. It's a time we will always remember fondly. Much love to you.

My deepest condolences to your family, Linda. Wishing you future peace and love.

Logan Graduate of 1980. Had your husband for Civics class. He brought history alive and taught us well, if we chose to pay attention. He was one in a million. I am so sad to hear of his struggles within the past few years. May God hold him in His loving arms and you in His peace. My deepest sympathies.

Aunt Linda, Jan and Julie:
God decided he needed another "special Angel" from our family.... My sympathy to you and your families.

I am a 1973 graduate. I hope that you take comfort in knowing that Mr Turnquist was a well liked and respected teacher to many of his students. I always enjoyed running into him after I graduated. We a good time reminiscing. He was my favorite teacher. Prays to his family.

We are keeping you and your family in our prayers. May God be with you.
Sincerely,
Ellis and Karen LaCourt
