I just heard of Dennis' magnanimous gift to the people who attended his funeral on the Steve Hartman segment on the CBS News. Dennis sounds like he was a phenomenal human being and I'm sorry he never had a wife and children. Maybe next time if he's reincarnated. I'm sure Dennis would be amazed that his story from his small town in Wisconsin made the national news and now many more people know what a kind hearted gentleman Dennis was. Had the pleasure of speaking with Dennis while traveling in a car from Milwaukee to Appleton. Dennis was soft spoken & kind, & spoke highly of those he knew in our conversation.
I'm sure Dennis is greatly missed by his family & loved ones.
I'm saddened that I only had that one opportunity to speak with Dennis.
