Not sure what to say?

Dennis´ wife, Martha, taught drama and English at Samaritan High School. I remember Dennis coming in to help out with the music for plays. H was such a jovial man and will be missed greatly.

What a wonderfully talented and funny person. We will cherish every moment we spent with him and Martha.

Dennis was a fraternity brother, LXA at the University of South Dakota. I´ll always remember him at the piano, in the house living room, always a smile on his face, entertaining us with beautiful music. Gotta be a special place for those that created such emotional peace for others throughout their lifetime. My thoughts to Martha & family. Gary Leslie Siverts

Dennis ("Van") was my Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity brother at Univ. of So. Dakota: He was a great "Brother". In 1966, Van constructed a bunk bed above my bed and moved into my one-bedroom apartment. Van always had a good word for everyone. I miss Van but am positive he is in Heaven entertaining all with his piano talents. Daniel L. Jackson

So sorry to hear about out Dennis! My sincere condolences .Judie Hood Reazin

Such wonderful memories of him at the piano and we were just going to call him yesterday. Then got the sad news. (Never wait.) We'll miss him much! Love to all the family.
