Not sure what to say?

Den V:

I think of you from time to time, especially this time of year when the Sox are winding down and the Patriots are ready to start (and, of course, the Bruins are getting ready for training camp).

I miss our e-mail exchanges where we would discuss and argue about Boston sports issues. Although we were not real close friends in the old Swan Street Park days, our friendship became closer as we aged -- and for that I am grateful.

I'm sure you are at peace now -- you...

To the Vautour Family
I am so sorry for your loss. I so enjoyed the times I got to spend with Dennis. He always made me laugh. I admired the spirit and courage he displayed during tough times. He will be missed. You are all in my prayers.

Liz and Brad -
We are so sorry to hear about Dennis. He was truly a great father, husband and friend. Despite everything he went through day to day, he was always quick with a joke or displaying a cheerful disposition.
He will be greatly missed.

With deepest regrets,

To the Vautour Family,
Dennis and I worked together for many years. Dennis always managed a smile, even when he was in pain and tired from the treatments, he always strived to make everyone around him laugh. A kinder, more compassionate or caring person could never exist. Although I know Dennis is now at peace, his passing has left a hole in many hearts, including my own. For many years now, I have participated in the Light The Night Walk in Dennis' honor, and this year will be all...

Liz and Brad,
Dennis was the best of friends. One of the kindest and most compassionate men Ive ever known, and I know an awful lot of people we worked with that will mourn his passing. He could never say enough about his loving wife. Brad, I've never met a guy so proud of his son.
God bless you both. Ive no doubt God is blessing Dennis.

I was so sad to hear the news about Dennis. I have so many memories of him and his family. My thoughts are with you and your family. Please tell Wayne that Vinnie and I will call him soon.

Liz and Brad,

The Hallahan family has many fond memories of the old neighborhood and of the Vautour family as well as their entire clan :).

There is one memory that came to mind and that was Dennis as a young kid sitting on our front stairs listening very closely while my father gave him (and us) lessons on astrology. Dennis always seemed so interested in what he was saying.

We will all miss him very much!!

Wishing you all the very best,

Dear Liz, my childhood friend. I am so very sorry to hear about your loss and I hope your memories and prayers help you at this difficult time. Please let me know if I can do anything.
