Not sure what to say?

Denny, I think of you almost every day. You saved my soul by turning my life. I enjoyed your stories and working with you on cases and kids. May God bless you and I pray I may one day join you with our Lord.

Not sure I can add any more value to what has already been said about you Denny. Working with you, hurting with you, fighting every step along side of you as friend and family for many years, taught me and others more about life than one could hope. There is good and bad out there, and we fought to right the wrong! Prayers for you and all who lost you, which includes all of us who have written within this guest book! I just came upon this, and flt the need! God Bless.

You were a special man,who we will miss dearly. May you and Mary rest in peace and cherish the lives of all the families you have helped and saved throughout all the years.
Good bye dear friend!

To the family of Denny Whelan--

Twenty-four years ago a week from today, Denny courageously kidnapped me, at the age of 22, from the Way International, a mind-controlling cult I'd gotten into almost four years earlier during my freshman year of college. I believe he saved my life that day, and I am eternally grateful.

After a successful deprogramming, I returned to school (which I had left during my time in the Way) and finished my bachelors and then masters degrees...

Denny had a tenacity for finding truth and justice, and I am honored to have worked with him. He will be greatly missed.

YOUR COURAGE, YOUR ENCOURAGEMENT, HELPED US AS WE PASSED THROUGH THE HARDEST,LONELY TIME OF OUR LIVES. WHEN BETRAYAL,CRIME FROM THOSE CLOSE TO US THREATENED TO ENVELOP US IN DESPAIR, YOUR TRUTHFUL WORDS,COURAGE AND FRIENDSHIP SHOWED US WHAT A TRUE HERO YOU WERE BORN TO BE. MAY YOUR BLESSED SOUL BE AT PEACE,AS IS OUR ONE--MAY YOU SEE THE BRIGHT LIGHT THAT YOU WERE TO ME, AND MINE.

I remember Denny for his ability to tell the truth even when it hurt, for his corny wit, nervous tics, and cigarette smoke that couldn't hide his tenderness. He was a good man who helped many, many people.

Denny,
You had a huge impact on my family in many ways ...

1) you found my brother whom was kidnapped for 18 months and you brought him home safe THANK YOU...

2) You effected my sisters life in a positve way through the home T.A.
and because of you she is here today THANK YOU...

Because of you and doing all of this you then had a huge impact on my parents life and they were thankful for you and what you stood for...They always talked very highly...

Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family members and friends of Denny. He was a caring and compasionate man who touched so many lives and will be greatly missed.
