Not sure what to say?

Hello Marilyn, I found that your dear Denny passed away several years ago. I am so sorry, he was clearly a lovely man and dear husband. I have recently connected with Anne Lily Irwin who was asking about you. She found Tom Campbell who connected her and I. Tom and I have stayed in touch all of these years. I'm sure Anne would like to get in touch and I'd love to catch up with you too. My granddaughter recently started at the U of O and when visiting her I had so many memories of our...

My heart goes out to Marilyn & to your family....my memories go back to my days at Seattle Pacific & as a former editor of "The Falcon" in the '70s: I was an avid fan of "The Wittenberg Door." Denny's wit & insights made a profound affect on me in breaking the stronghold that legalism held over me, & leading me into the beauty of God's grace & mercies. His faith was well-lived & I am thankful for his influence. Sending love & prayers for those left here on this earth....Sarah (Gackle)...

Denny was so special to all of us, he helped us understand how God's Love directed our lives daily. We know he is running the race set before him. His memory will live in our heart forever. We are praying for peace and comfort. We love you!

I have never met you, Marilyn, but your years in Young Life bring joy to my heart. May the Good Shepherd hold you and your family in His loving arms, and give you His PEACE. Denny was a wonderful leader, and is now receiving his "Well done, good and faithful servant." In Christ's love, Renee Schilperoort (for my Skip, who entered the Lord's presence 41/2 years ago.)

So sorry to hear of Denny's passing. Marilyn, May the Good Lord give you and your family strength during this time. God Bless all of you.

I know Denny is in absolute wonder that all the hours you both spent furthering the Kingdom of God have not been in vain! I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to know you both and never question the impact you both have had on so many! Love you!
