Denver, it's not fair, you left us to soon. I will miss you! Never have I know a man with such honesty and humor! Thank you for all you did for our community and all you stood for and against. God comfort and bless those of us left behind. RIP Friend.

Mike and family,

I am sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts are with you.

Marianne & Family,

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Denver was a great man whose commitment to serving others has made this world a better place. May the memories of your father soon bring you comfort as you celebrate a life well lived.

You are in our hearts and prayers.

Marianne,
Ed and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Ed thought a lot of your father. We both wanted to be there for you, but Ed had emergency surgery yesterday and is in ICU at Audubon Hospital. He is doing well though. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.

Sorry for your loss: I knew Denver briefly when we were students at Shawnee High School. We gave him the nickname "Country" and he didn't mind at all.

Denver was an honest and unselfish servant to the people; a great mentor who I had the honor of knowing for nearly 30 years. We shall ALL miss him
