Not sure what to say?

My husband Don Gruhn played softball on a team with Denzil for a few years about 24-25 years ago. Those were some of the best times we had. The whole team was a bunch of characters. Denzil was so funny. We all have really good memories of that time. We are so sorry to hear of his passing. Our sincerest condolences. Liz and Don Gruhn

From West High, Black's Backyard Gym and tipping a few Colt 45"s in a Chevy Van "party wagon" in the 60"s. Softball Teammate, at games in the 70"s, he'd push my kids around in their stroller ( to pick-up girls).
A good friend, whom has left behind many good and laughable memories during four decades as co-worker w/ Teamsters local 407,
tippin a few @ Club 65, Cotones, Gov. Chateau. He'll aways be in the thoughs of many! John Burnside

Hi,

I haven't seen Denzil in almost 30 years but have many fond memories of lots of fun on West 58th and Wakefield. My sympathy to his family.
