Read MoreI believe I worked with Mr. Pauli on project Tektite I in1968, there were 3 people from ONR over seeing our work. It was my first experience as a Navy Diver working with civilian government employees. His presence showed me how intelligence and responsibility are handled. May God rest his soul.
