I listen to this enchanting, delicious, song almost everyday. It makes every cell in my body SMILE and I just stop what I'm doing to dance to it. I THANK GOD for giving us Deon Jackson in my lifetime.

Love makes the world go round will always be a popular song in Chicago. It's always played at dusties and oldies parties. Everyone dance off it. RIP Deon thanks for that beautiful song. Robert Dowdell

DEON! I heard one of your tunes on satellite radio in the early AM ! I remembered it from the past ! You may be gone but the tune is still rocking !REST IN PEACE!

Deon's song, "Love Makes the World Go Round" was stuck in the back of my head for years, then with the magic of You Tube I found this beautiful and inspirational song around 2009. I've probably listened to it 6-7 dozen times. And Deon sings it with a lot of heart ... and soul. I later read that he was a counselor at a high school.
I am saddened for his loss but happy for heaven's gain. RIP.

I remember Deon Jackson the entertainer, and literally being face to face with him (and quite accidentally) at Leo's Casino in Cleveland, Ohio and thought he was so handsome! I am just learning today that he passed away. I always wondered why his career didn't advance any more than it did. I am 67 and still remember the lyrics to "Love Makes the World Go Round," that I first heard when I was 15.
