Not sure what to say?

My Sincere Condolences To The Entire Burs Family On Derek's Untimely Passing. -- He Will Live On In the Memories of Those Who Knew Him As a Man of Multiple Achievements, a Loving Father, a Cherished Uncle of My Daughter Heather, and a Friend To Many. -- JERRY WALLACE

Derek was a great man, he was always kind hearted, never had anything mean to say about anyone. He was always there to lend a hand, or his ear. He was a great friend, we didn't always hanging out, but when we needed each other we were a phone call away. Derek meant a lot to me as a mentor, a colleague, a great friend. I'm going to miss ya, I am going to be sure to cherish my memories of him... My deepest condolences to the Burs family.

A heartbreaking loss - so sorry for all of you. Derek was always the "little one" of the bunch. May your memories of him be eternal.

My deepest condolences. Gone too soon but God knows best. BUT God knows best. My thoughts and prayers are with you. With love

D, one of the best people or maybe the best person I have ever had the honor of knowing. He always knew just what to say in the worst of times and I cherish all the best of times we shared!

E, the joy in his voice and eyes as he spoke of you and looked at you is something I will always remember. You, beautiful, are his heart and soul! You will grow to be just as strong and as an amazing person as he was.

Sending love and prayers to all his family and friends.... he is...

Because we traveled very similar paths in life, Derek was one of the few people that understood my thinking and my brand of crazy! In all my years of knowing Derek, I can't say I ever witnessed or heard about Derek uttering a mean word or hurting anyone, ever. I...
