Derek was born on January 17, 1987 and passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Derek was a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He was married to Christine. Visiting hours will be Saturday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Van Matre Family Funeral Home 306 Erie Street Edinboro. A funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. officiated by Rev.
