Not sure what to say?

Sorry my brother

Derek, you will definitely be missed by many! Although I didn't see you much, I remember good times of laughter and the joking spirit you had. I remember you coming to compete in a 3 on 3 basketball ball tournament I was in. You had game even though we didn't win, we didn't lose by much thanks to you...RIP my brother!

I will treasure the times Coach Hutch visited us in the English Department at WIllowridge High School. He had a warm and welcoming spirit, and we had great conversations and hearty laughs. You are missed, Hutch! I'm praying for your family.

You became my big brother, mentor, and advisor while I was striving through Fleet DJs and my relocation to Fort Worth... you always was a call away if I needed to vent or just asking a few questions to receive your wisdom..I could always count on you...

Your smile and sense of humor can make flowers grow through the concrete...

You are truly missed and will always live within me.. sending prayers and strength to your loved ones during this time..

Derek you will be missed....you have no idea how much you have impacted people with your smile and generous soul. I. Ant remember how we met at college but I do remember us fussing at first and then you saying I’m taking you under my wing lil sis. This hurts so much but I know your in a better place. RIP brother we will all miss you dearly Panther proud.

Rest In Peace Derek. Truly a cool dude and will be missed.

My prayers are with your family and friends who are left to mourn your loss. Rest In Peace.

May sincerest condolences to the family. You were one of a kind, a great person, & friend.
