Derek was born on May 19, 1988 and passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015. Derek was a resident of Georgetown, Ohio at the time of his passing. He was married to Cassondra. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday October 24 2015 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown Ohio. Ken Harmon will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Friday October 23 2015 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Shinkles Ridge Cemetery near Georgetown Ohio.
