Wow, I was just thinking of Derek a few days ago. Back in '93 or so we (Derek, Henry, Robby and a few others) sat in the driveway and partied until about 4am (sorry Mom!). Derek was a gentle soul and a great person. My prayers go out to his family.

To all of you in the family I am so very sorry for your loss. I remember him well when he was young and Cherese and I were in high school. Laughing a lot and always engaging himself in the conversation and always so very polite. This is such a difficult time for all of you and keep close to your heart the memories and the laughter. Dereks friendship of 34 years was a blessing to me. A friend in the purest form. Growing up with him has many memories, all of them priceless. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Reber for opening your home to me for so many years. I will always smile when I remember my friend.
