Derek James Valcan

Derek and I grew up in the same neighborhood and we were best friends. We used to ride our bikes, go swimming, play in his backyard on his swing set every day. I moved out of the neighborhood when I was 14 and we lost contact for a couple of years. I met up with him again and we used to hang out almost every day. Sorry to hear of Dereks passing. He was always a polite awesome kiddo when I knew him at a young age and the times I saw him after high school. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
