To my Uncle, Soldier, Warrior and Patriot, my you rest in peace. To my aunt and cousins, I am so sorry for your loss. The Carter family has met much sorrow in the last two months. We the surviving have seen the end of a generation and the heart-felt loss of a beloved of the next generation. I am sorry I will not be able to attend to personally show my respect. I do grieve.
