Derrick Geter

To the family, Derrick was a friend from many years ago to my family and myself. I was a lot younger then, however I remembered him well. He has played for so many churches and one of them was mine. He played at the Believers Temple ND Church many years ago for the late Pastor William Van Collins. I was so sad to have read about Minister Geter in the paper. He will be greatly missed and I hate that we lost contact. May God bless the family always.

Sylvia and I will cherish the wonderful memories we have of Derrick for a very long time. He made a tremendous impact on our lives! The beautiful songs he wrote richly blessed all of us. Derrick's deep love for Christ was clearly visible to everyone he met. We thank God Almighty for allowing him to touch so many lives in such a short period of time.

I WILL CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THE STRENGTH OF YOUR FAMILY. ALWAYS LOOK TO THE HILLS FOR YOUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD.

To Deatra and the entire Geter family, I was shocked when I read about Derrick in the paper on yesterday. My prayers are with you and your family,keep your hand in God's hand and he will see you through. Deatra I too have been where you are having lost a brother so I can say I know how it feels,may I offer a word of advice "cheerish the memories" there will be good days and bad days but hold tight, be strong and stay prayerful be there for each other.
