Dear Jones family,
I am so sorry for this heartbreaking loss. Professionally as well as personally, there's just no possible way to replace Derrick. In his work with returning citizens, he was the embodiment of tough love. He really did love the people he worked with. When they gave their best effort, he was their greatest advocate.
