Devan was everyone's best friend growing up in Charlotte. He was the funniest kid around. Whenever I think of our childhood I think of playing football in Devan's front yard. We were young but the language tended to be more on the adult side! He was a key reason we have postive memories. I know he is now in good hands and watching over the ones he loves.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Devon and I grew up togther living across the street from each other. He was one of my best friends in the early years of school. Our families were good friends also. When we moved away and we lost touch. I have a lot of great memories of our times together camping out in the backyards, football games in the front yard these are times I will never forget. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts and praryers are with you.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Devan's family. Devan was a great friend and classmate going all the way back to kindergarten and he will be missed very much.

I was very sad to learn of Devan's passing. He was a very good friend in High School. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Devan's family. Devan had a unique zest for life and believed in living it to the fullest! My fond memories of him date back to Spaugh Junior High. He had the gift humor!

I was saddened to hear the news of Devan's passing. He was a good friend and a good individual. My prayers and sympathy go to his family.

I would also like to offer my sympathy at your loss. I'm glad that I also was able to see and talk with Devan at the reunion last year. We enjoyed talking over the old times. Back in high school at one point he and I both had a unicycle and would cut up at the K-mart PL hangout on them. He was a spirited and good guy you could rely on.

I am very saddened to hear of Devan's passing. He and I and numerous other people were close friends from junior high school and also during our high school days. Devan was always very popular and well liked by so many. We all mourn our loss yet at the same time we celebrate the times we had.
