Deven Lewis Sawyer

Chuck and I were fortunate to spend bicycle time with Deven during his visits to "Grampa's Garage." Such a pleasant courteous young man. Our hearts hurt for all of you.

Deven will live in our hearts forever. His legacy of integrity and goodness will be our guide. Words cannot take away your grief but know that we are keeping the Sawyer family in our thoughts and prayers every day.

I did not know Deven or your family, but his teacher Mr. Barron is a member of my church. Most likely Deven attended Myers Park Weekday school with my girls. Your family has been in my thoughts and prayers. Deven sounds like an amazing, loving young man and I cannot imagine how much you must miss your precious son and brother. Praying that you feel comfort in God's loving embrace and peace in God's promise of eternal life and that you will be reunited in eternity.
