DeVern Frederick Fromke

Our spiritual fathers of the sixties in the great revival of Argentina where shocked when reading Devern's book Unto Full Stature. The discovery that salvation was the beginning of a process and not the end, changed for ever our vision of the church and God's purpose. I had the blessing to meet Devern in his Indianapolis home, what a man of God!!

I briefly met Brother Fromke where he spoke at a convention in Springfield, MO in the early '80s. His ministry was powerful then, and his books have changed my life. My wife of 9 years has just started her first introduction to his books. I pray his ministry will continue through his books for lifetimes to come.

I will always count it a privilege to have know DeVern when I lived in Indianapolis and attended the Broad Ripple Church. His books and his life were and still are an encouragement to me. I look forward to being reunited with him in the new Heaven and new Earth.

Laura and I will be eternally grateful for the times spent and the relationship established. What a "Christ Centered" man and ministry. Words cannot tell how we feel in our hears for these two.

We cherish the memories we have of Vern and Nita back in the Cloverdale area......to my dear childhood friend, DeVon....... you, Patti and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.....may God surround you in his love and grace....
