I was his girlfriend he was a lovable, happy man always made me smile. His spirit was beautiful.

Since we were little kids we loved each other genuinely and whole heartedly. I loved you for such a long time even as a little girl and still today as I type this full of pain and tears. You were a day of light, a good soul, a person who would do anything for anyone. I will love you until the day I take my last breath and I hope we end up together again one day! Be at peace now

My heart is broken to know that my sweet nephew is no longer with us. My deepest sympathy goes out to my godchild, Tessie, and to all members of our family. I will send prayers up to comfort those who loved Devin, especially for his mother and , my daughter Candice, who grew up with Devin and was always there for him.
