Although it has been a couple years since I last had the pleasure of being in Devin's company, he is and always had been somebody I thought highly of. Some of my best memories and greatest laughs were shared with Devin and I am so heartbroken over this tragedy. He had a wonderful personality always and a great head on his shoulders. He was always positive, strong willed and had a smile that could brighten a whole room. My prayers n deepest sympathy to his family! He was definately a blessing...
