I wish to send my heartfelt condolences out to the family. I was involved in Devin's life way back in the beginning when he first came to Community Options. I spent many hours working with Devin and became friends with the family. Times changed and I took a different position with Community Options but I was still able to see Devin on a quarterly basis and each time I asked about his mother Rachael.
