Nancy & Sue and Families-
So very sorry to hear the news of Dev's passing. I was fortunate to work with him at Dawn after he left Foote & Jenks.
Over those years I came to know Dev as a consummate gentleman; a devoted husband to his lovely Mary and a loving father to his family.
The world needs more people like Dev Tompkins.

met him when I became active in the Sea
Scouts in about 1950, and then when Harry
Devlin passed away in 1960 I took the opening at Foote & Jenks and worked under Dev in his department. He was like a second father to me...

Dan and I are so sorry to hear of your father and father in laws' passing. In reading the FB memorials and his obituary, he was quite a wonderful man who had a great impact on many people. What an honour to have had a gentleman like that in your lives!
