Devon is survived by his sisters, Lauren Bailey and Jordan Bailey; grandmothers, Gwenn Jenkins and Beverly Bailey; grandfathers, Ron Jenkins, Gary Bailey, and Vincenzo Donato; aunts, Rachel Bailey and Kristy Parker; and uncle, Bryant Bailey.
