Devon Murth Obituary
Devon Murth of Castaic, CA, died on October 8, 2011.
Devon graduated from OFL High School. She was currently attending Charter College in the Legal Assistant Program.
Devon is survived by her parents, Susan and Richard Murth; her sister Jenna Murth; her Omi, Betty Murth; her grandparents, Peg and Jim Jean; her uncles, David Murth and Tom Martin; her cousin Jason Murth and true love, Miguel Uballe.
Services will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Eternal Valley Memorial Park, 23287 N. Sierra Hwy, Newhall, CA 91321.
Devon's family wrote, "Devon will be remembered for her thousand watt smile, her enthusiasm for off-roading and her love of life."

Oh Devon.. You were the prettiest girl I'd ever seen in my entire life with a personality just as show stopping. You had more spirit in your attitude that anyone else I've ever met. Now tell me, why is it that God gave us such a beautiful gift only to break our hearts and take it away!? It isn't fair.
Well babydoll, there isnt a day I don't think about you and miss you. It only gets harder each day. Please watch over us from your pretty pink cloud in heaven and pray we can carry on. I love you darling, always will. ?

I did not know Devon very well, but when I would see her everyday at school, I always received a beautiful, big smile and a "hey" or "what's up?" Every time I saw her, her actions were kind and true. I saw her only once or twice since graduating, but those one or two times mean a lot now. To her family, I am so sorry for your loss! I can not imagine what you are going through. I know there is nothing that I can say to sooth your pain, but just know that there are people praying for your strength and comfort.

To The Murth Family, My prayers are with you always, I did not know your daughter Devon, when hearing of the accident it truely hurt me, I have a daughter around the ame age as Devon and I dont think I could make it through another day if something like this would happen to her, god has given much strengh to your family, may god bless you and keep you by his side as Devon now walks with him, she is an angel now and watches you from above, my heart is with your family, I hope everyday becomes a little easier for all of you. My heart goes out to the Murth family Richard, Sue and Jenna. Hope you guys don't mind if I post things progressively over time. This is the first thing I wrote in Devon's name. Love you guys.
Sometimes God will bring beautiful people into our lives to bring us joy, teach us lessons, to love us, to hurt us, to remind us how valuable and precious life really is. Sometimes he takes those people away because even God wants his little fallen angels back at home with him..Thats when we learn to forgive fully and that tears are a broken hearts way of bleeding. All wounds heal over with scars, eventually but the memory is always there to never forget. To think of the pain everyone is feeling, chills my bones, my heart breaks. This is truly a terrible thing to wake up to. May you play with angels, Devon and sit on Gods lap and whisper good intentions for all of us greiving behind. Your suffering ends here babydoll.
